Directions to Sandpipers
From Newcastle coming north up the A189 (Spine Road).
Follow to end of dual carriageway, then after c. ¼ mile, turn left at roundabout on the A1068 signed Alnwick.
Follow these signs past turn offs for Ellington, and Widdrington. Take left turn signed Red Row.
Drive for 3 minutes at 30mph (through Red Row and Broomhill).
You will come to a sign on the left hand side of the road (on a planter) that says North Broomhill.
Take the right turn opposite this, signed Station Road. Sandpipers is the house behind the sign.
The front door is the last door on the right side of the house as you look at it.
From the south coming up the A1.
Turn right just past the Oak pub, signed Widdrington. (Pass West and East Forest).
At crossroads turn left, signed Amble.
Take first right signed Amble and Broomhill.
Follow this road ‘til you can see large security fencing on the left, turn right here, signed Broomhill 3/4.
At the T junction (Trap pub is on your left), turn right, then first left, signed Station Road.
Sandpipers is the house behind the sign.
The front door is the last door on the right side of the house as you look at it.
From the North coming down the A1.
Turn left for Felton, once in Felton take the B6345 signed Acklington and Amble.
Follow the road through Acklington, at T junction at Broomhill, turn right.
Turn left into road signed Station Road. Sandpipers is the house behind the sign.
The front door is the last door on the right side of the house as you look at it.
